Our Values

Home » Our Story » Our values

Our purpose is to champion the benefits older workers, multi-generational workplaces and actively promote later life working.

Our Values

Our values shape our culture and the way we work with our customers. We live these values every day through our actions and the decisions we make.

Champions

We champion experience and fight for the cause of mature workers and the positive contribution they make to client’s organisations and the benefits that they can bring to their business.

Partnership

We build long-term, sustainable partnerships with work colleagues, clients, job seekers and the local community based on trust, openness and collaborative working.

Integrity – Clients

We will champion your company. We will be honest about the candidates we put forward for your role. We will interview each face-to-face and only introduce candidates that match the position specifications, company culture and corporate values.

Integrity – Candidates

We will be your champion. We will meet you in person to understand your skills, goals, motivators and drivers. We will be honest about what we believe you can achieve within your next role, our salary guidance and about the type of position we can introduce to you. You will leave our office following your registration with a very clear idea of the role we can find for you.

Nurturing

We aim to create and promote a company that cares for the welfare of clients, candidates, employees and our local community.

Professionalism

We strive to deliver the highest levels of service and hold ourselves to account to the most stringent standards, responding positively and quickly to customer enquiries.

Passion

We are passionate about our pupose and love what we do. We are positive in the way we approach our work and deal with our customers – clients and candidates alike.
